01 / YOUR ROLE
What you’ll do
- Respond to enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media.
- Explain product information, prices, and how to order.
- Confirm orders and check customer delivery details.
- Follow up with customers and coordinate with the delivery team.
- Handle complaints professionally and keep accurate customer records.
02 / WHAT YOU BRING
What we’re looking for
- You’re based in Zambia and can work remotely.
- You communicate clearly in spoken and written English. Local Zambian languages are an advantage.
- You’re comfortable with WhatsApp Business and basic computer tools.
- You have a smartphone and reliable internet access.
- You’re reliable, patient, organised, and proactive.
- Customer service or online sales experience is an advantage.
